Serves 4

Ingredients:
- 2 bunches of swiss chard, washed
- 2 (15 oz) cans of chickpeas, strained
- 4 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 2 sprigs of sage, fresh
- 1 medium spiced chili pepper, sliced (optional)
- 2 tablespoons of tomato concentrate
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large pot, add olive oil, garlic cloves and sage
- Let cook on medium heat, allowing garlic, sage and chili pepper to flavor oil, about 5 minutes
- Add tomato concentrate and 1/2 a cup of water
- Stir concentrate into oil and water until dissolved
- Add Swiss chard and cover
- Let cook down 10 minutes or until wilted
- Add chickpeas, salt and pepper to taste and turn heat up to high
- Allow liquid to reduce until dish is creamy and not watery
