Serves 6 (makes 12 bites)
Prep time 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of almonds
- 4 tablespoons of vanilla
- 1/2 cup of almond flour
- 10 organic dried prunes, pitted *make sure you don’t use the ones in the syrup
- 2 tablespoons of cashew butter
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 scoop of SWW Optimize protein powder
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
- In a blender, add all dry ingredients and pulse until everything is chopped fine
- Add wet ingredients and pulse until mixture is chopped together
- Place mixture in a bowl and prepare a parchment paper line baking sheet
- Scoop out a spoonful of mixture and using your hands, roll 2 inch balls
- Lay on parchment paper
- Continue until mixture is finished
