Oatmeal Raisin Protein Bites

Oatmeal Raisin Protein Bites

Serves 6 (makes 12 bites)

Prep time 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of almonds
  • 4 tablespoons of vanilla 
  • 1/2 cup of almond flour
  • 10 organic dried prunes, pitted *make sure you don’t use the ones in the syrup 
  • 2 tablespoons of cashew butter
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon 
  • 1 scoop of SWW Optimize protein powder
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, add all dry ingredients and pulse until everything is chopped fine
  2. Add wet ingredients and pulse until mixture is chopped together 
  3. Place mixture in a bowl and prepare a parchment paper line baking sheet
  4. Scoop out a spoonful of mixture and using your hands, roll 2 inch balls
  5. Lay on parchment paper
  6. Continue until mixture is finished
