Ingredients:
- 2 cups of pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon of choc zero maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
Instructions:
- Mix everything together in a bowl
- Use a non-stick pan on low heat to toast seeds and cook the spices and maple syrup into the seeds. Stir constantly to ensure they don’t burn and are evenly cooked
