Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte

  • 1 shot of espresso or 8 oz of brewed coffee
  • 1/2 teaspoon of organic pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tablespoons of organic pumpkin puree
  • ¼ tsp monkfruit sweetener
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • Cinnamon to sprinkle
  • So Delicious coconut whipped cream (optional)


  • Heat almond milk, pumpkin puree and spices in a small pot on the low heat and whisk until smooth and warmed to desired temperature
  • With a handheld frother, froth your warm milk
  • Garnish with whip cream if you'd like
  • Sprinkle Cinnamon on top
  • **You can also pour this over ice once its cooled down or you have left over the next day
