Serves 1
Ingredients:
1 piece of sourdough toast sliced vertically ½ an inch thick
1 tomato
1 TBSP of extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
1 slice of cured Italian ham (if desired)
Steps:
Toast a piece of sourdough bread.
On a cheese grater, grate a tomato.
Put in a bowl and add salt and extra virgin olive oil.
Spoon onto your sourdough bread and top with ham if desired.
