Serves 6
Prep time 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- The juice of 1 lime
- 5 sprigs of cilantro, just the leaves, chopped
- 1 cup of purple cabbage, chopped
- 2 kiwis, peeled and chopped
- 2 avocados, peeled, pitted and cut into 1/4 inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Depending on how spicy you want the salsa, decide how much jalapeño to put in mixture
- In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients
- Let marinate for at least 30 minutes
- Enjoy with Siete tortilla chips
