Kiwi and Avocado Salsa

Kiwi and Avocado Salsa

Serves 6

Prep time 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • The juice of 1 lime
  • 5 sprigs of cilantro, just the leaves, chopped
  • 1 cup of purple cabbage, chopped
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and chopped
  • 2 avocados, peeled, pitted and cut into 1/4 inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Depending on how spicy you want the salsa, decide how much jalapeño to put in mixture
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients
  3. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes
  4. Enjoy with Siete tortilla chips
