This particular one features a mega dose of antioxidants with raspberries, beets, and camu powder — a superfood berry from Peru that contains 60% more vitamin C than an orange.
Immune Boosting Raspberry Beet Smoothie
MAKES ONE SMOOTHIE
Toppings: bee pollen, raspberries, shredded coconut
Place smoothie ingredients in high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Thin with additional milk one tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached. Pour into glass or bowl and top with bee pollen raspberries, and shredded coconut.
