Grilled BBQ Salmon Vegetable Kabobs

Serves 4


1 lb. wild salmon, cubed
1 zucchini, cubed
1 red bell pepper, chopped into large pieces
½ C primal kitchen bbq sauce
½ red onion, chopped into large pieces


  • Assemble salmon kabobs on small wooden skewers alternating with salmon and veggies, until each skewer is filled up. 
  • Season each skewer with salt and pepper, and brush each one with bbq sauce. 
  • Spray the grill with avocado oil cooking spray, and heat it to 350 degrees. Once the grill is heated, add the skewers evenly, and cook on each side for 3-5 minutes.
  • Once cooked, remove from the grill and enjoy!
