Fiber Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients for Creamy Bowl Base:

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 beet, cooked
  • 4 tablespoons of coconut yogurt
  • 1/4 cup of water 
  • 2 scoops of truvani protein powder 

Toppings:

  • 2 tablespoons of flax seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of almonds, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 6 dates
  • 2 tablespoons of mixed berries 

Instructions:

  1. Blend everything in a blender and top with fiber toppings
