- 1 beet, cooked
- 4 tablespoons of coconut yogurt
- 1/4 cup of water
- 2 scoops of truvani protein powder
Toppings:
- 2 tablespoons of flax seeds
- 2 tablespoons of almonds, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 6 dates
- 2 tablespoons of mixed berries
