Serves 4
Prep time 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup hemp seeds
- Poppy seeds
- Sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon of mustard powder
- The zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1 whole garlic clove

3 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
Instructions:
- Blend hemp seeds with lemon juice, olive oil and mustard powder until smooth
- Add all seeds, lemon zest and garlic clove and pour everything into a mason jar
- Leave garlic clove in salad dressing, allowing it to add flavor
