Serves 4
INGREDIENTS:
- 2/3 cups chia seeds
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 2 cans light coconut milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- Pinch sea salt
- 2 cups organic berries, for serving
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix all ingredients, except berries, together in an airtight glass container.
- Let sit on the counter for 5 minutes and stir again before storing overnight in the refrigerator. Will keep for 5 days.
- To serve, top with fresh berries.
