2/3 cups chia seeds
1/4 cup hemp seeds
2 cans light coconut milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 lemon, zested and juiced
Pinch sea salt
2 cups organic berries, for serving
Mix all ingredients, except berries, together in an airtight glass container. Let sit on the counter for 5 minutes and stir again before storing overnight in the refrigerator. Will keep for 5 days.
To serve, top with fresh berries.
