Ingredients:
- 1 celery root, peeled and cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons of tahini
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1/2 tablespoon of cumin
Instructions:
- Boil celery root in salted water for about 20 minutes or until tender
- In a food processor, blend until smooth
- Add all other ingredients and blend until mixed well
- Add water for a more creamy consistency if necessary
- Serve with crudit és or use as a dip with a protein
