Ingredients:
- 2 avocados, mashed
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of sliced fresh red onion
- 1 tablespoon of jalapeño
- 2 cups of organic roasted chicken, chopped or pulled
- 8 leaves of iceberg lettuce
- 1 large handful of shredded carrots
- 2 tablespoons of cilantro, chopped
Instructions:
- Mix everything together very well
- Place a couple spoonfuls of chicken salad on lettuce leafs and wrap
