Blueberry Walnut Smoothie

Serves 1

 

1 cup blueberries, frozen

1 cup packed baby spinach

¼ cup raw walnuts

1 scoop Turvani plant based protein powder, vanilla

1 cup non dairy milk

 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Optional: top with sprinkle of chia seeds + walnuts
