Ingredients:
Salmon:
- 2 salmon steaks
- 4 tablespoons of primal kitchen’s classic bbq sauce
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350
- Brush salmon steaks with bbq sauce
- Place salmon on a parchment paper lined tray, skin side down
- Cook in oven for 12-15 minutes until cooked through
- Plate with sweet onions (see below)
Ingredients:
Sweet onions:
- 2 Vidalia onions, sliced thinly
- 2 sprigs of sage
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions:
- Place onions in an hot iron skillet with olive oil and sage
- Cook on a medium heat, covered until caramelised. About 15 minutes. Add a bit of water if necessary to avoid from drying out or burning.
- Salt and pepper to taste
