Ingredients:
- 1 cup of almond flour
- 1/4 cup of coconut sugar
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 packet of baking yeast
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 very ripe banana, mashed well
- 2 tablespoons of coconut yogurt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mix together all wet ingredients
- Add in all dry ingredients and mix well
- Let rest, covered, for 20 minutes
- Spoon 2 inch balls on a parchment paper lined tray and form a triangle with your spoon
- Bake for 15 minutes
