Sour Raspberry Hydration Elixir

Serves 4

Prep time 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of raspberries, blended
  • 2 cups of purified water
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Natural calm 
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Baha Gold sea salt 

Instructions:

  1. Mix all together and keep in a mason jar 
  2. Serve cold or over ice
