1 piece lemon grass
5 slices of ginger
3 sprigs of cilantro, stems removed and chopped
3 slices of lemon
6 small broccoli trees
½ a sweet potato, small cubes
2 TBSP olive oil
Lay a piece of tin foil over your pan.
Lay a piece of parchment paper over your tinfoil.
Drizzle olive oil on your parchment paper and place your salmon filet on top.
Top salmon with lemon grass, sliced ginger, sliced lemon, and cilantro.
Next to the salmon, place broccoli and sweet potatoes.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Fold up all four sides of your tin foil and parchment paper and crease at the top to close.
Bake at 400 for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
