Ingredients:
- 2 cups of Forager Project greek style yogurt
- 4 teaspoons of matcha powder
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 3 teaspoons of agar agar
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 4 aluminium pudding tins
Instructions:
- In a small pot add maple syrup and water
- Turn on low heat and whisk in agar agar
- Cook for 1 minute or until mixture starts to solidify
- Quickly add into yogurt and add matcha powder
- Mix well and place mixture into aluminum tins
- Let cool in fridge at least 1 hour
