Matcha Pudding

Matcha Pudding

Serves 4

Prep time 10 minutes

Resting time 1 hour 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of Forager Project greek style yogurt 
  • 4 teaspoons of matcha powder
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 3 teaspoons of agar agar
  • 2 tablespoons of water 
  • 4 aluminium pudding tins

Instructions:

  1. In a small pot add maple syrup and water
  2. Turn on low heat and whisk in agar agar 
  3. Cook for 1 minute or until mixture starts to solidify 
  4. Quickly add into yogurt and add matcha powder 
  5. Mix well and place mixture into aluminum tins 
  6. Let cool in fridge at least 1 hour
