Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of almond flour
- 1/2 cup of coconut flour
- 1 tablespoon of tapioca flour
- 1/2 cup of almond butter
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 3 drops of monk fruit sweetener
- A pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup of flax seeds
- 1/2 cup of cashews, chopped ( for crunch)
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients, except cashews, and mix well
- Scoop out a spoon of dough and using hands form a 2 inch ball, continue until dough is finished
- Roll balls into cashew crunch and pushing slightly so the crunch stays firmly on keto bombs
- Store in an airtight container
