We all know the time-honored tradition of spring cleaning. How to start

Start by removing the following things from your diet to get your body prepped:

  • Alcohol 
  • Polyunsaturated Fats/PUFAs (vegetable oil, grapeseed oil, canola oil, sunflower oil, safflower oil, and soybean oil)
