Ingredients
- 2 cups of roasted turkey, off the bone
- 1 cup of cooked sweet potatoes, skinless
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons of nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons of cashew cream cheese
- 1/4 cup of scallions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender
- Blend until smooth
- Spoon 2 inch balls from mixture on a parchment paper lined baking sheet, so they are slightly separated
- Bake in oven for 25 minutes (or in an air fryer for 6 minutes)
- Serve with dill sauce

Dill sauce:
- 1 cup of vegan greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup of dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
