Chopped Salad

Serves 4
Prep time 15 minutes

*This salad is all about the small cut and variety of ingredients with different textures*

Ingredients:

  • 1 red pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 cucumber, quartered
  • 1 cup of organic baked ham, chopped
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 1 green apple, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of radishes, sliced
  • 1 small can of chickpeas, strained
  • 1 cup of iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup of endive, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of toasted walnuts
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

  1. Mix all together in a big mixing bowl and dress with primal kitchen’s creamy ranch dressing.
